Using a comprehensive home inspection checklist, our same-day inspection reports are available 12 hours after the inspections are done. The reports are conveniently comprehensible and are sent in pdf format. Expect more than 200 pictures with exceptional detail to accompany our Home Inspection reports.

Our Insurance inspection service (4-point & Wind Mitigation inspections) is professionally transferred to the official forms required by the Insurance companies in the State of Florida.

We also offer certified Drone home inspections complimentarily to our Residential and Commercial home inspections as an additional service to give thorough insight into the residence as a whole.

Adding our Infrared / Thermal imaging home inspections is – for most of our Customers – a must and may conveniently be added to the standard Home Inspection service.
